Leech Lake Tribal College and United Tribes Technical College have each been designated Tribal Administrative, Financial and DBE Rule Training Centers for Grants Management Implementation. National PETE will serve as a 'floating' training center, acting to disseminate the training to far-reaching areas of the country and out to Insular Areas.
